Trivia

My inbox get filled with a lot of question, I will try to answer them here, there are  simply too many repeated questions.

Is rope an art form? Well, to some it is, not to me, its a part of my sexlife.

Ropewise,  I always use the same rope in all my ties, 6mm Jute, from CSD. Same length rope, with a few exceptions, a seperate rope for the Futomomo, and one for the starters rope. The Futomomo, well.. European women tends to have too many muscle’s in their legs, so a standard 8 meter rope is seldom enough. The starter rope have to fit the model, and women tends to be of uneven size. My main suspension line is always one of the least used ropes, safety comes first.

Treatment of rope? No way Jose. I burn my ropes and thats all. Use them a few times and they are soft and nice. If your model is a sucker for soft ropes always, use a little wax on them,  don’t use too much. Both Yukinaga Max and Arisue Go have some good stuff on the shelves. There are no need to boil, cook them, or other magic mumbo jumbo, after all, its just ropes.

I use a bondage ring, no karabiners, except for the Futomomo.

I have learned most of my rope from Yukinaga Max with  a lot of visual influence from Arisue Go and Hajime Kinoko. Osada Steve, and Yukimura Haruki have a lot of influence on Max, and that  flows down to the rest of us 🙂

Techniques have to be learned, boring stuff, but its nessecery to be able to learn new ways of manipulation annd control. Always combine training with fun and/or sexual use 🙂

Learning a lot of techniques is not just about making some nicelooking figures, its about giving you a tool to work with. A brush doesn’t make you an artist, but it gives you something to work with, same goes  with rope.

To me, its important to master the technique, but the manipulation is the key, and very individual. If pain is your game, thats perfect, if emotion is the key, use it, mine is passion and power, taking control 🙂

And.. there are no shortcuts in learning ropes, once you master a tie,  you have to learn what to do with it
