When you stop learning, its time to learn something new. I still learn a lot, both professional, but Ropewise too. One thing I have learned, is never to say never. When I started my journey into Osada ryu,  I learned to tie left, and always away from the heart. Years later, I startet to dig into Yukimura ryu, and learned to tie towards the heart, and go right, and it makes sense to go right in Yukimura ryu,  never say never again.
